About the Helmet Care Station
Helmets get sweaty, damp and smelly — and most riders never deep-clean them. The Helmet Care Station turns helmet hygiene into a quick paid self-service: pay, place the helmet inside, close the door and collect it refreshed.
Two cleaning compartments take one helmet each. Every cycle combines a plasma air sweep and purge, UV sanitising, drying and a light fragrance.
A 21.5-inch screen guides customers and can show your adverts, while LED accent lighting and an advertising light box make the station easy to spot.

What is a helmet cleaning vending machine?
It is a self-service machine that refreshes helmets on a pay-per-use basis. Riders pay, place their helmet in a compartment and an automated cycle — on this machine, plasma air purge, UV sanitising, drying and fragrance — runs without staff.
Who is it for?
Sites where riders gather or wait: motorcycle dealers and service centres, bike parking, petrol stations, race circuits, karting centres, training schools and delivery-rider hubs.
How long does a cycle take?
Cycle settings are configured during setup. We confirm cycle options for your configuration with your quotation.
Can I set my own price?
Yes. You own the machine and set the price per cycle through the management system.
Does Spray Station operate helmet cleaning machines?
No. The Helmet Care Station is supplied for you to own and operate. Spray Station operates perfume vending machines only.
