When you send an enquiry
Our enquiry and venue-partnership forms ask for your first and last name, email address, phone number (with country code), country and the type of machine you are enquiring about. We also record the page you sent the form from.
When you contact us directly
If you email us, message us on WhatsApp, phone us or contact us on social media, we receive the information you share in that conversation.
When you browse the site
Our hosting provider automatically processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver and secure the website. With your consent, we also use advertising and analytics cookies — see our cookie policy.

- Website hosting and form processing: Netlify, Inc., which hosts the site and receives form submissions on our behalf. Form submissions are screened by an automated spam filter.
- Email and communication providers we use to receive and answer your messages.
- Google (Google Ads and, if enabled, Google Analytics) — only if you accept advertising or analytics cookies.
- Professional advisers and authorities where required by law.
International transfers
Some of our providers are based outside the UK, including in the United States. Where your information is transferred, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations (including the UK–US data bridge) or approved contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any business relationship that follows, and to meet legal and accounting requirements. We then delete it securely.
