About Spray Station
What is Spray Station?
Spray Station is a London-founded supplier of perfume vending machines and smart vending solutions. We sell perfume vending machines worldwide, operate our own perfume vending machines in selected venues, and supply a growing range of other vending machines — food and drink, protein shakes, beauty, helmet cleaning and trading cards.
Which venues have hosted Spray Station machines?
Spray Station perfume vending machines have been installed at venues including Amnesia Ibiza, Studio 338 and Heaven in London, Labyrinth and Trilogy in High Wycombe, The Scene in Lincoln, Queen of Hearts in Guildford, Vault in Shenfield and Harry’s Bar & Restaurant in Billericay.
Where do you supply machines?
We supply machines to customers in the UK, across Europe and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the destination and order quantity.
Does Spray Station manufacture its machines?
Our machines are produced by established manufacturing partners and supplied, customised and supported by Spray Station. Our sales and support team is based in the UK.
Which machines does Spray Station operate itself?
Only perfume vending machines. In selected high-footfall UK and European venues we install and operate perfume vending machines under a partnership agreement. All other machines in our range are supplied for customers to own and operate.
How much does a perfume vending machine cost?
Pricing depends on the model, branding, quantity and delivery destination, so every quote is tailored. Contact us with what you need and we will send a quote — multi-unit discounts are available.
What is included when I buy a machine?
Each perfume vending machine includes five 100 ml fragrance slots, a Nayax contactless payment system (coin acceptance optional), a customisable touchscreen, remote monitoring through the app and dashboard, sales tracking and reporting, CE compliance, a one-year warranty, and onboarding with ongoing support. Fragrances are not included.
Do machines come with fragrances?
No. Owners supply their own fragrances, which gives you the flexibility to choose scents that suit your location and customers. Fragrances must be genuine and purchased through legitimate retail or wholesale channels.
How many sprays does a machine provide?
Each machine holds five 100 ml bottles. Each bottle gives roughly 700–800 sprays, so a full set delivers around 3,500–4,000 sprays before refilling, depending on the fragrances and spray dosage.
How do customers pay?
Through the built-in Nayax reader: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and contactless cards. Machines can also be configured to accept coins, though most owners choose cashless only for easier management.
How do I receive the money from sales?
Payments are processed through the built-in card reader and paid to your bank account. You can track transactions, sales and performance in the app and dashboard.
Can I customise the machine with my own branding?
Yes. You can fully customise the machine with your own logo and branding — our logo does not need to appear on your machine. You can also upload your own adverts, images and video to the touchscreen.
Can I monitor and manage the machine remotely?
Yes. Each machine connects to an app and dashboard where you can monitor sales, track stock levels, run test sprays and manage screen content from your phone or computer.
Can I use a perfume vending machine to start a business?
Yes. Many of our customers are entrepreneurs and independent operators. As the owner you control placement, pricing and operation, so the machine works as an income-generating asset — results depend on your locations and how you run it.
Where can perfume vending machines be installed?
Any commercial location with strong footfall: nightclubs, bars and pubs, hotels, shopping centres, gyms, restaurants, event venues and festivals.
Are the machines certified?
Yes. Our perfume vending machines are CE compliant for commercial use.
What power does the machine need?
A standard mains supply (AC 100–240 V) plus a Wi-Fi or 4G connection for payments and monitoring. Power consumption is low and suitable for continuous operation.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your destination and the shipping method you choose. We confirm timings with your quote.
What warranty and support do I get?
Machines come with a one-year warranty against technical faults (physical damage caused by people, such as misuse or vandalism, is not covered). We provide onboarding, installation guidance, dashboard setup, troubleshooting and access to spare parts, by email and WhatsApp.
How do I get a quote?

How does a venue partnership work?
For selected high-footfall venues, Spray Station installs a perfume vending machine at no cost to the venue, then handles refills, maintenance and performance tracking. The venue receives a share of the profits every month.
Which venues are eligible?
We consider high-footfall nightclubs, bars, hotels, members’ clubs, event venues and similar hospitality spaces in the UK and Europe. Each venue is assessed individually on footfall, opening hours and placement.
Does the venue pay anything?
No. Under a partnership there are no setup or maintenance costs for the venue — we supply, install and look after the machine.
Who looks after the machine?
We do. Spray Station handles fragrance refills, maintenance and remote performance monitoring.
Are partnerships available for other machines, like food or protein vending?
No. Venue partnerships and profit-share arrangements apply to perfume vending only. Our other machines are available to buy.
Which vending machines do you sell?
We sell perfume vending machines (wall-mounted, freestanding with a 43-inch screen, and on a display base), a refrigerated vending machine and a snack and drink combo machine, a protein shake vending machine for gyms, a beauty and cosmetics vending machine, a self-service helmet cleaning machine and a trading card vending machine.
How do I buy a vending machine from Spray Station?
Send an enquiry with the machine you are interested in and your country. We confirm the full specification, configuration, branding options and delivery to your destination in a written quotation. Once you approve it, your machine is prepared and shipped, with guidance on installation and setup.
How much does a vending machine cost?
It depends on the machine, its configuration and payment hardware, branding, quantity and delivery destination, so every quote is tailored. Contact us with what you need and we will send a quotation, with multi-unit discounts where they apply.
Do you sell vending machines outside the UK?
Yes. Spray Station is based in the UK and supplies vending machines internationally. Delivery is quoted to your destination with your quotation.
Do you operate these machines?
No. Our wider vending range is supplied for you to own and operate. Spray Station only installs and operates perfume vending machines.
Can I see full technical specifications?
Each product page lists the specifications we can confirm. Full technical details — dimensions, capacity, power and payment hardware — are confirmed in writing with your quotation.
Can I order several different machines?
Yes. Choose “Multiple products” in the enquiry form and tell us what you need — we will quote them together.
